What’s Included

The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, new full-sized refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee grinder and coffee maker. Cookware, flatware and silver ware are included as well as many kitchen ‘extras’ - such as a large pot for cooking lobsters or clams. The kitchen is supplied with dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc.

Off the kitchen there is a small utility room with a new dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There are flashlights, a First Aid Kit and a small toolkit in the utility room. The dining room is furnished with wickerwork and a glass-top dining table. In the dining room are extra bowls and wine glasses and a punch bowl.

The large living room has ample seating for six people and has a large field stone fireplace. Off the living room is a den with telephone (local access), CD player, basic cable TV, DVD and video players and selection of videos. Here and in other rooms there are book collections which include biographies, novels, historical, adventure and children’s books. In addition there are indoor games for children and adults including Clue, Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly, chess, etc.

There are three large bedrooms with queen, double and two twin beds, and also a child’s wooden crib. Sheets and blankets are provided and there are fans and alarm clocks in each of the bedrooms. At the rear of the house is a deck, and also a large picnic table with a charcoal grill. There are outdoor game sets, including badminton and croquet, and folding chairs for the beach and beach towels. There is also a clothes line.

There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor. We provide hand towels and bath towels, soap and a hair dryer. For your safety the house has a hard-wired fire alarm system.
